Pleated Bell Sleeve Bow Tie

I know we are not suppose to wear white after labor day, however this white pant looks great with this pleated bell sleeve top. Fashion is all about having fun. This top can be paired with jean shorts, pencil skirts, just about anything. It's not a really thick fabric so it's a great look for summer and fall.
